To Whom It May Concern:
Minnesota Good Sam is now making preparations for upcoming Samborees for the year
2008. The date for the Spring Samboree in St. Peter is May 15-18th and the fall
Samboree in Chisholm is on August 14-17th. Minnesota Good Sam Club will be hosting
two Samborees in the year 2008. At last year's spring and fall Samboree, attendance of
Good Sam members from Minnesota and surrounding states and Canada totaled close to
450 vehicles for a total of approximately 1000+ attendees. We cordially invite you to
attend one or both of our Samborees for the coming year.
As vendors, you will be able to start selling on Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. because of early
bird parking starting on Tuesday. Set up starts at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Sales hours
on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to
3:00 p.m. Enclosed you will find an application form for the spring and fall
Samboree. Please indicate on the application form if you need tables or electricity as we
sometimes have limited outlets and amp service. Also, be sure to let us know if you are
planning to purchase meals. If you are interested in presenting a seminar, please so indicate
on the form; but, in order to do so, you must have your vendor form to us at least three
weeks before the start of the Samboree as we must prepare the program. If you have any
