      SAMBOREE VENDORS/DEALERS REGISTRATION FORM (PLEASE PRINT)

      Costs: Samboree Registration $50 for two people and Vendor/Dealer Fee - $30 = $80.00 for two people, extra person $10.
      This includes two tables with an area approximately 10 x 10 feet. Additional area, if needed - $30.00.
      Electric for booth is an additional $10.00. Extra tables for booths are $5.00 each.
      There will be an additional charge per day for electricity for your rig that varies at each location.
      Saturday evening meal available at cost - sign up at registration desk.
