From the Desk of State Treasurer Jennet AndersonWe have just been to another great Samboree. This time at St. Peter, Minnesota. The people who attend make these samborees. The new people and those of us who have been attending for years. The first samboree completed and we are already deep into the second one in Willmar.There are registrations coming in pretty good already. For my part registrations is pretty much the way it has always been. We have some good workers who don't leave very long waiting periods. Keep in mind that this will be my last treasurer samboree so you will have a new one for the Albert Lea Samboree next May. My memories of this job are that I get to meet people whom I have had phone contact with before the Samboree answering questions. A wonderful experience. We have 49 active chapters in the state and they are generous with contributions and help at the Samborees. Please come to the Samborees and share experiences with other people.
