Hi Friends,
By the time you read this you have already had a great time in New Ulm, and Little Falls will be no exception, as always we will start out with our Jams on Tuesday & Wednesday evenings and everyday throughout the Samboree. The entertainment is Great starting on Thursday with Bob & Sheila Everhart from Iowa, They are hosts of the famous "National Old Time Country and Bluegrass Festival" in Missouri Valley, Iowa, and have been for the last 32 years.
The Schimpp Family will entertain us on Friday with their country and gospel songs, They feature Gary Tims who played keyboard for Sonny James and others for several years, The are four pieces with great harmony.
Hang on to your hats for Saturday night the world famous "Rockin" Hollywoods" will set the place on fire, they are the original 50s rock band in this 5 state area, and they are still in high demand, You won't want to miss this once in a lifetime chance to see and dance to "The Rockin Hollywoods"
Everyone come and join our choir, they just keep getting better every year. But they still could use Your Voice!!
If you have lost someone during the year please get the picture information to Elaine Clem so they can be included in the service. The main thing at Your Samboree is having FUN.

Tours And Seminars
Wow - Sounds like a broken record but how times flies by.
Hope you enjoyed New Ulm & all its amenities that it had
to offer.

As I write this we are setting up the Tours & Seminars for
the Little Falls Samboree.

Note: Tours sign up sheets go on the table the afternoon be-
fore the day they occur.

Have a great summer & hope to see you in Little Falls in
August.

Tom Gilbertson,
Assistant State Director

Hospitality
Carol and I know there were lots of people attending the
Samboree for between hospitality, anniversary cake celebra-
tion, and pie social an enormous amount of coffee was made
and consumed.

Remember - coffee is only served AFTER the Sunday
Church Service.

Any unopened cookie packages (3 small boxes) were given
to the New Ulm Food Shelf.
Shirley Gilbertson,
Assistant State Director

Memorial Service
A memorial service will once again be held at the fall Sam-
boree. If someone from your Chapter has passed away during
this past year, please bring a photo and A small write-up of
this individual, and we will remember this person in the Sun-
day Morning service.

Gambling Information
I would like it if the chapters that are going to do a raffle
would let me know in advance so I can make sure we have
enough tickets. Please Email me at arozeboom@att.net or
call me at 612-889-6256 two weeks prior to Samboree. Also
everyone that does a raffle must attend the Friday morning
meeting at the Samboree.
